Refund and Returns Policy

Definitions

● “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on our Service, including Pots & Pans, Knives, Bakeware, and Kitchen Essentials.
● “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
● “You” means the individual accessing or purchasing from the Service.

1. Return Eligibility

We want You to be satisfied with Your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days from the date You receive the Goods.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed using the original method of payment
• The refund may take a few business days to reflect depending on Your payment provider

If the return does not meet our conditions, we may decline the refund request.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order details

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel Your Order within 12 hours of placing it.

To cancel an order:

• Please contact us immediately via email
• Include Your order number and request for cancellation

If Your cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame, we will process the cancellation accordingly.

5. Processing Time

All return and refund requests are subject to verification and processing time.
